KINGSTON, Jamaica – Jamaica’s Minister of Tourism, Hon. Edmund Bartlett introduced a particular reward to members of the World Bank team. The group consisted of Director for the Caribbean, Lilia Burunciuc; Programme Chief, Nataliya Mylenko and Senior Operations Analyst, Jhanelle-Rae Bowie. The presentation adopted a high-level assembly alongside different members of the Ministry’s group.
The assembly was held on the Ministry’s New Kingston workplaces earlier at this time (January 16).

Way forward for Tourism within the Caribbean Examine
Among the many points mentioned have been the World Financial institution’s ongoing examine, titled the “Way forward for Tourism within the Caribbean,” which seeks to empower regional markets to boost competitiveness, enhance connectivity, and overcome limitations to tourism development.
Minister Bartlett lauded the initiative and highlighted two pivotal research being performed by the Ministry: The Labour Market Examine, designed to, amongst different issues, handle present and future labour issues within the tourism trade, and the Financial Impression Examine, geared toward evaluating the implications of including 20,000 new rooms over the following 10 years.
