Police are probing the dying of a Ukrainian on a container ship docked on the port in Kingston.
The useless man has been recognized as 47-year-old Manzhos Yuriy, the ship’s chief engineer, who resides in Nikolacv, southern Ukraine.
Yuriy was reportedly discovered useless Monday by a member of the ship’s crew.
