    SANTO DOMINGO, Dominican Republic (AP) — Dominican prosecutors investigating Wander Franco amid allegations that the Tampa Bay Rays shortstop had a relationship with a minor delivered proof Wednesday to a choose who is anticipated to quickly rule on the participant’s future.
