The Inter-American Growth Financial institution (IDB) and the Latin America Partnership Group (OLADE) have launched a “Decarbonizing LAC” declaration for heavy business and launched CertHiLAC, a certification system for clear and low-carbon hydrogen manufacturing in Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC), underscoring a regional dedication to a clear and low-carbon hydrogen financial system.
