On Tuesday, Haiti’s Nationwide Police mentioned that John Peter Fleronvil is affiliated with the gang often called “Kokorat San Ras,” roughly translated to imply “Cohorts of No Race.”
He was deported on Monday and faces costs of abducting 4 US residents in Haiti’s central Artibonite area in July 2022.
Authorities say Fleronvil was arrested in September as he tried to flee to the close by border with the Dominican Republic.
