Police in Guyana say a 56-year-old man, who had been arrested on Sunday following a “damning report made towards him by his 32-year-old spouse”, was discovered useless in his cell.
Lloyd David, a mason, had been positioned within the cell on the Windfall Police Station with two different individuals.
Lawmen say he was arrested following a report from his spouse that included the alleged tried rape of a minor.
